Welch Public Schools is seeking a Head Baseball Coach to lead and develop a comprehensive baseball program for grades 6-12 and an Assistant Football with Offensive/Defensive Line experience preferred. 

Qualifications:

-Demonstrated success in coaching and teaching

-Oklahoma Teaching Certification (area open) preference given to a Core Subject Certification

-Current CDL or willingness to obtain one

-Completion of requirements for the care and treatment of athletic injuries

Responsibilities:

-Oversee and grow the entire Baseball program (grades 6-12)

-Assist the Head Football Coach with OL/DL responsibilities (grades 6-12)

-Develop student-athletes both athletically and academically

-Build a competitive and character-driven program aligned with school values
