BRETT JONES

NORMAN NORTH
President

I was born the son of a coach. I got to play for my dad, Rich Jones, at Broken Bow and graduated from there in 1994. I started my first job in Stroud. After one year we left Stroud. My dad was offering a job on his football staff at Muldrow, an opportunity I did not want to pass up. My next stop was at Muldrow. After three years at Muldrow, Talihina presented me with the opportunity to be a head coach. I was there for three years. My journey then took us to Valliant where I continued being the head football coach along with the head track position and Athletic Director. I began to serve as an OCA region rep during my time at Valliant. It was a wonderful experience, and I knew I would like to always stay involved with the OCA. I moved to Bristow as head football coach in 2013. My wife and I have 3 daughters, all three of our girls graduated from Bristow High School as valedictorians. It was during our 11 years there I got to serve again as an OCA region rep and serve on the OFBCA executive board, two of those years as President. I am currently at Norman North as an assistant football coach along with the Head Boys and Girls track positions. I am now serving as President of the OCA after serving as VP last year. I am eager to serve those in the profession in the state of Oklahoma and hope to continue making the OCA a strong and well-respected organization.
