Job Description:

Tishomingo High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Baseball Coach to lead and grow our high school baseball program. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to student-athlete development both on and off the field, and a desire to build a competitive and character-driven program.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the high school baseball program.

Teach and develop fundamental and advanced baseball skills.

Create a positive and disciplined team culture focused on academic and athletic excellence.

Collaborate with assistant coaches, athletic director, and school staff.

Maintain equipment and oversee field maintenance.

Monitor student-athlete academic performance and eligibility.

Organize off-season conditioning, camps, and community outreach.

Adhere to all school, district, and OSSAA regulations.

Qualifications:

Coaching experience at the high school level or above (head coaching preferred).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

CDL or willingness to obtain (preferred).

Must meet all OSSAA and school district coaching certification requirements.

Teaching certificate
