Meeker Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Football Coach, with the potential to serve as Offensive Coordinator, to join our varsity coaching staff. Teaching Field is open.

We are looking for individuals who are committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field, while helping build a competitive, disciplined, and positive football program. The ideal candidate will bring energy, strong character, and a team-first mindset that adds value to our existing staff and culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all aspects of the varsity football program
• Contributing to game planning and weekly preparation
• Film breakdown and opponent analysis
• Player development, both athletically and personally
• Supporting strength and conditioning efforts
• Promoting discipline, accountability, and sportsmanship
• Collaborating effectively with coaching staff and school personnel
