Crossover Prep is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and student-centered Junior High Volleyball Coach to build and lead our volleyball program. The ideal candidate will foster skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive athletic experience for all student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct organized, engaging practices

Teach fundamental volleyball skills and game strategies

Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship

Supervise student-athletes during practices and games

Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff

Ensure compliance with school and district athletic policies

Coordinate game schedules and transportation as needed

Qualifications

Previous volleyball coaching or playing experience preferred

Experience working with middle school or junior high students

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes

Current CPR/First Aid certification

Must meet all district background check requirements
