Morris High School is seeking a dynamic, high-energy Head High School Baseball Coach to lead our program into its next chapter. We are looking for more than just a tactician; we are searching for a dedicated mentor who will shape the character of our student-athletes both on the diamond and in the classroom. The teaching field is history and you must possess a CDL or be willing to obtain one. 

The ideal candidate will possess the vision to define and execute a winning culture across our JV and Varsity levels, ensuring a seamless standard of excellence throughout the program. Qualified candidates should have proven experience in coaching and program management with strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building community relationships. 

You will be expected to conduct high-level practices that balance rigorous physical conditioning with a focus on core fundamentals. We want a coach who prioritizes "Baseball IQ," teaching the nuances of the game to give our athletes a competitive edge.

You will foster an environment built on discipline and community pride. As the face of the program, you will act as a bridge between the team and our stakeholders—engaging effectively with parents, faculty, and the Morris Booster Club to maintain a supportive, transparent, and energized atmosphere.
