Altus Public Schools, a 5A district in Southwest Oklahoma with highly competitive coaching compensation, has several assistant coaching openings at both Altus High School and Altus Junior High for the 2026-27 school year. Applicants must hold an Oklahoma Teaching Certificate or be willing to obtain one.  Current secondary openings include secondary social studies, science, math, and special education.
