Classen School of Advanced Studies at Northeast is seeking a dynamic Track & Field Head Coach. We are looking for a dedicated leader to manage all aspects of the track and field program, including event training, athlete conditioning, and meet-day strategy, while fostering a culture of academic and athletic excellence.

Candidates should have a strong track and field background, expertise across track events, the ability to motivate high-achieving student-athletes, and must meet all OKCPS and OSSAA coaching requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership: Manage sprint, distance, relay, and field event training, ensuring a balanced developmental plan for all student-athletes.

Conditioning & Skill Development: Design comprehensive training programs focusing on speed, endurance, biomechanics, and event-specific techniques.

Culture Building: Maintain a standard of excellence that balances rigorous academic commitments with individual and team athletic performance.

Meet Operations & Compliance: Organize meet entries, manage game-day logistics, and ensure all activities adhere to OKCPS district policies and OSSAA regulations.
