Savanna Public Schools is seeking a committed, high‑energy Girls’ Basketball Coach to lead both our High School and Junior High programs. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about developing student‑athletes, building a competitive and sustainable program, and fostering a positive culture on and off the court.

Position Highlights

Lead and develop the Girls’ Basketball program for grades 7–12

Build and maintain a strong, long‑term program foundation

Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and enthusiasm

Demonstrate strong communication skills and a student‑centered approach

Other teaching duties are flexible based on certification and district needs

Qualifications

Valid Oklahoma teaching certification (please include a copy in your application)

Coaching experience required, with a demonstrated ability to build or rebuild a program

High energy, strong work ethic, and a commitment to student success

Ability to collaborate with administration, staff, and the community

If hired, a new Background Check will be required

Care and Prevention of Injuries required
