Classen School of Advanced Studies at Northeast is seeking a dynamic Girls Soccer Head Coach. We are looking for a dedicated leader to manage all aspects of the soccer program, including tactical development, technical training, and match-day strategy, while fostering a culture of academic and athletic excellence.

Candidates should have a strong competitive soccer background, the ability to motivate high-achieving student-athletes, and must meet all OKCPS and OSSAA coaching requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership: Oversee Varsity and Junior Varsity squads, ensuring a cohesive developmental path for all players.

Technical & Tactical Training: Design and implement comprehensive practice plans focusing on skill acquisition, positional awareness, and team formations.

Culture Building: Maintain a standard of excellence that balances rigorous academic commitments with high-level athletic performance.

Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to OKCPS district policies and OSSAA regulations.
