Position: Athletic Director / Head Girls Basketball Coach

Description:

Goodwell Public Schools is accepting applications for a combined Athletic Director and Head Girls Basketball Coach. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, oversee all district athletic programs (Grades 6–12), and direct the junior high/high school girls basketball program. Duties include scheduling, budgeting, supervising coaches, ensuring OSSAA compliance, and promoting academic and athletic excellence. 

Qualifications:

• Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate 
• Coaching experience required; administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and build positive relationships with students, staff, and community
• Preferred teaching positions include electives like Woodshop and other opportunities available. 
• Salary: Based on district salary schedule with additional coaching and administrative stipends.
