Catoosa is looking to fill some spots in its 61st annual Port City Basketball Tournament. Catoosa is located right outside of Tulsa, OK and across the street from the Hard Rock Casino. Catoosa High School is surrounded by numerous hotels and restaurants. Tulsa is approximately 10 minutes away.
